Wedding Flowers at Studley Castle

We recently arranged wedding flowers for Ellie and Mark at Studley Castle in Warwickshire. If you’re looking for a fairytale castle for your wedding day then the impressive Victorian frontage of Studley Castle couldn’t be better.

The layout of rooms at the castle is perfect as you have a central reception area with a civil ceremony room off to the right and reception room off to the left. In the photo below right you can see how we decorated the Drawing Room with pedestal arrangements for the civil ceremony.

Pedestal arrangements are always a good way to decorate civil ceremony rooms, as it draws your eye down the aisle as they are placed either side of the registrar’s table. We always recommend moving these after the ceremony so that your guests get the full benefit of them. At the castle these look really nice when placed in the central reception area marking the entrance to the dining room and next to the present table.

The elegant Georgian oak Dining room provides a beautiful setting for your wedding breakfast. In the photos above you can see how we have decorated the reception tables and top table with the beautiful deep red calla lilies goldfish bowls. Ellie and Marks’ colour theme of deep red worked really well with the interior colours at the castle.
